Stacy Willingham comes from a background of journalism, and has owned an all-female private investigations company since January 2017. She brings an extremely detailed eye and approachable nature when working with her real estate clients.

Stacy's deep research expertise gives her a unique insight into how to find the best deal and market properties. She entered the real estate world in March 2022 in order to provide better for her family and help people accomplish homeownership, and hasn’t looked back.

Stacy lives in Denton with her husband Kevin, three children, and two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. She spends her free time working in private investigations, volunteering for the school PTA, and watching her daughter play volleyball.
